What would happen if oil hit $100 a barrel again? Would the housing market and panic economy of 2008 improve?

It is an interesting question to ponder isn't it? think about it, once election is over - and that is not far away now... there is a chance we'll get some stability back in the economy!

What's new in real estate trends? Fractional Real Estate is on an explosive growth trend in the double digits over the last few years in spite of the traditional residential real estate slump.

When the economy is not doing so good, timeshares and the newly evolved fractional real estate ownership segment performs well in the real estate market. This makes perfect sense as there are a lot of baby boomers that want in on a second home but some of the house prices for vacation homes are simply out of reach financially OR everyone is getting SMART and seeing that if they are indeed only using a second home for 15 days out of the year as statistics prove, then it makes perfect sense to own a fraction of the million dollar vacation home rather than the entire home!

Peggy Sue-- Black Labrador Retriever--Selling Michael Vick Football Trading Cards .... All Profits Donated to Canine Rescue and Rehabilitation

Peggy Sue, a rescued Black Labrador Retriever, tells all in a video highlighted on eBay…She’s selling Michael Vick Trading Cards in an attempt to raise funds for Canine Rescue and Rehabilitation.

Destin, FL 08-26-2006 In a venture creating interest across several countries, Peggy Sue, the American Black Labrador Retriever, has put Michael Vick trading cards up for sale on eBay, and is seeking the highest bidder to purchase the trading cards of the former Atlanta Falcon Quarterback.

Vick, who will be sentenced on Monday for his admitted role in a dog-fighting scandal, was unavailable for comment.

Peggy Sue has suggested that the new owner either chew up the cards or use them for bodily relief. She doesn’t think very much of her cousins being used for dog fighting. In a video posted on the eBay auction site, Peggy Sue tells the story of her owner finding her and saving her—and she summarizes her efforts as “just wanting to ‘Pay it forward.”

Maria Gudelis, owner of Peggy Sue, says, “This is a venture that we support wholeheartedly. Peggy Sue believes she can raise funds this way for Canine Rescue and Rehabilitation, and we support her efforts. We actually gave her the cards, and she decided what she wanted to do with them.”

Peggy Sue, silent on her new notoriety, wagged her tail appreciatively and nodded approvingly as the bidding for the set of Michael Vick Football trading cards increased. One can only assume she believes what goes around comes around.
